Megan Barry has pled guilty to felony theft over $10,000 after a Nashville judge issued a search warrant.
She has agreed to reimburse the city and serve 3 years probation.
It's only been a month since Megan Barry announced that she had an affair with her former head of security, Robert Forrest Jr.
Many Nashville citizens called for her resignation - something that she has said she will not do.
It was announced this morning that she will hold a press conference - where she is expected to resign.
