After an awkward snafu with the Nashville Christmas Parade, Kid Rock is giving back to Nashville!
He paid off the balances of 350 layaway accounts at a Nashville Walmart on Dickerson Pike.
The total? A whopping $81,000!
The store manager, Tom Meyer, said the following:
"Kudos to Kid Rock for making such a gesture in our community. I think that's a pretty Nashville proud moment."
Director Tyler Perry started the trend by paying off layaways at two Georgia Walmart totaling $430,000.
