Target Rolls Out New Badge to Identify Black Owned Brands

It seems as if times are finally changing. Progress is a slow process, but it’s happening as we speak. Target has announced that it will display a new badge on products that are Black-owned or founded brands. The bade will be a brown circle with five skin-tone colored hearts and will be displayed in the “At a Glance” section on the Target website.

At this time, three brands have the bade attached to them on the site. Target can look forward to even more brands this coming year.
