Darius Rucker Will Be Second Black Artist To Co-Host The CMAs

The CMAs have had some historic moments. This time around they will have Darius Rucker as a co-host with Reba McEntire. Darius Rucker will only be the second Black artist to co-host the CMAs. Rucker says he planned on sharing the news with Charley Pride, who co-hosted the event with Glen Campbell in 1975. Rucker also called the hosting gig, "an honor to be standing alongside Reba McEntire." The 54th CMA Awards will air live from Music City Center in Nashville on November 11th.
