Mindy McCready, perhaps better known for her troubled personal life than as a country music icon, died Sunday from an apparent suicide. She was 37-years-old. She was found on her front porch dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.  Non-country music fans may know her best as a cast member of season three of Dr. Drew's Celebrity Rehab. And while Dr. Drew seems like a swell guy, intent on helping those battling addiction, his batting average isn't that good. She's the third person to die from that season's cast of nine people, following Mike Starr of the rock band Alice in Chains, who died in 2011 over an overdose, and former Real World cast member Joey Kovar, who succumbed to opiate intoxication in August 2012. Celebrity Rehab cast members from other seasons who are no longer with us include Jeff Conway and Rodney King.

Talk about holding a grudge over the shortest marriage ever… KRIS HUMPHRIES and KIM KARDASHIAN are scheduled to go to trial May 6th.  But that's right in the middle of the NBA Playoffs, which the Brooklyn Nets have a pretty good shot at making. And a source says that if there's a conflict, Kris is willing to MISS GAMES. Meanwhile, one of his attorneys has QUIT, because he doesn't think there are grounds for the annulment.

RIHANNA was injured in London Saturday night, after a heckler threw a bottle at her.  She was leaving a club when the guy started yelling at her.  Sources say he was upset about her relationship with CHRIS BROWN.  The bottle didn't hit Rihanna, but she fell against a metal grate while trying to avoid it, and cut her leg.  That’s great… he’s upset that Chris Brown beat her up, so HE hurts her more???

ZACH GALIFIANAKIS and RENEE ZELLWEGER have been helping out a homeless woman who works at a laundromat near their neighborhood for the past two years.  Zach got the woman an apartment and pays the rent and utilities . . . while Renee furnished the place and keeps the fridge stocked.

CHARLIE SHEEN threw down $10,000 on a therapy dog for a Wisconsin teen who was injured when she fell 100 feet from a malfunctioning amusement park ride a few years ago.  They actually got to Charlie through his godfather, who's kind of a friend of a friend.  Charlie says, quote, "I like to pay it forward.  People come into your orbit for a reason.  You don't always know what that is ahead of time, but if I ignore these requests then I don't have any opportunity to see where these things lead us, or lead me."
