Jessica Simpson has been hit with a bizarre lawsuit that accuses her of stealing a stranger's baby -- for a photo shoot! The suit was filed by a man who claims that Jess, then pregnant for the first time, asked to hold his infant son at a department store meet and greet. When he agreed, a photographer whipped out his camera and began clicking away, snapping pics that would later end up on the cover of OK! magazine -- identified as the first pics of Simpson's then-unborn baby. Christopher Hurst is suing Jessica and the mag for damages totaling $75,000, according to TMZ.

ELIN NORDEGREN has MILLIONS of dollars and a new man.  You'd think she's moved on.  But maybe she hasn't.  According to "Us Weekly", she still has a lot of anger when it comes to TIGER WOODS.  A source says, quote, "She hates LINDSEY VONN and everything about this romance."  She's also, quote, "angry Tiger even has visitation rights with the kids."

JUSTIN BIEBER tried to sneak into a Hollywood nightclub through a back door on Saturday night, but he got kicked out after rapper GAME gave him a shout-out from the stage . . . which alerted security to his presence.  A source says, quote, "Security saw him and escorted him out immediately.  He left right away, he seemed really embarrassed."

In a bit of an upset, the low-budget horror movie "The Purge" claimed the #1 spot at the box office this weekend.  It made a hefty $36.4 million, despite only costing $3 million to make.  That OWEN WILSON-VINCE VAUGHN comedy "The Internship" didn't fare nearly as well . . . it made just $18.1 million in 4th place. 

Some woman ran onstage and threw EGGS at SIMON COWELL during the live finale of "Britain's Got Talent" over the weekend.  She was already onstage playing with the backing orchestra at the time.  Simon later joked about it on Twitter . . . and the woman has apologized. 

MICHAEL JACKSON'S 15-year-old daughter PARIS was rushed to the hospital early yesterday morning after a suicide attempt.  According to various reports, Paris took about 20 Motrin and cut one of her wrists with a kitchen knife.  She also left a suicide note, but the contents haven't been revealed.  A family attorney issued a statement saying Paris is "physically fine and is getting appropriate medical attention."

If this isn't karma, I don't know what is:  "Girls Gone Wild" scumbag JOE FRANCIS is freaking out because someone got a hold of a sex tape he and his girlfriend made, and they're threatening to sell it.  Joe's attorney says, quote, "[We] will take all necessary steps to determine who in fact has done this and who is attempting to distribute the video. When we catch you, we will see that you are prosecuted to the fullest extent of both the criminal and civil laws." 

He may have lost his title for a while, thanks to his addiction to WHITE GIRLS, but TIGER WOODS is once again the World's Highest-Paid Athlete, according to Forbes.com. He's pulled in $78.1 million over the past year in prize money, endorsements, appearance fees and other sources.Tennis stud ROGER FEDERER was second, with $71.5 million, followed by KOBE BRYANT with $61.9 million.

KEVIN COSTNER'S "Waterworld" is always held up as one of the all-time box office bombs.  But did you know that it actually MADE money? "Waterworld" was shot on a budget of $175 million . . . and it made $264 million worldwide.  Costner says, quote, "I've probably said that ad nauseum, but people don't give a [crap].  So, it doesn't really matter.  It just is what it is." 

MIGUEL'S rep says no one warned him NOT to jump over the crowd at the "Billboard Music Awards".  As you probably know by now, he botched the jump, and crash-landed onto a woman, who may or may not have suffered a brain injury in the collision.

On Saturday night, 18-year-old Brittany Minder of Silverdale, Washington went to her high school prom.  (Silverdale's about an hour west of Seattle.)

Or at least she tried to.  Brittany says she was turned away at the door . . . because her BREASTS ARE TOO BIG.

Here's what happened.  Brittany wore a strapless dress that showed off quite a bit of cleavage.  She says, quote, "I feel that it's because I'm bigger chested and there is more cleavage that you can see, and there's nothing I could really do about that."

But, according to the Central Kitsap High School dress code, students can only wear strapless dresses as long as their cleavage, midriff, and lower back are covered.

Brittany's dad says, quote, "A girl like Brittany shouldn't have to go to a dance in a burlap sack because she's large busted."  Her mom says, quote, "All women are not created equal, and you can't compare a golf ball to a grapefruit."

Eventually, the chaperones agreed to let her go in if she wore a shawl over her chest and shoulders.  She stayed for about an hour but left because, quote, "I felt self-conscious and they took the magic out of the night."

 She and her parents want the school to apologize.
