Riley is out today. She got Woody’s flu from yesterday. They texted and so I’m thinking she caught it via phone. I may stop by her humble abode with some chik’n noodle soup. Yes, you have to say it like that.
Oh, Woody is drinking from a mug I want. He got it from Just Love coffee. In every blog, I have to talk about coffee. It’s life. I should bring in a mug instead of a travel mug. It would feel like we’re on a talk show. I COULD BE KELLY RIPA! Woody said he’d buy me one. That’s not necessary. Okay, yes it is. Yes, I want one.
We have a new intern working with the morning show. Her name is Savannah. She is 20 (almost 21), married and expecting a baby in a month. She’s also more mature than all of us combined. Oh, and responsible. We were talking about people just walking up to her and touching her stomach. Someone actually poked her belly button? OMGah! Seriously, people?!?
Wanna know what else? (I’m such a kid) Savannah’s dad is a tour bus driver. He has worked with Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, NSync and just got of the Justin Bieber tour. He’ll start with Carly Rae Jepsen. Pretty cool, right?
Hillary was on the air with us again today. She and her husband, Blake, swapped cell phones over the weekend. Hear it HERE and read about it HERE. We were able to get a hold of the guy who texted “Hills” over the weekend. One word: CREEPER! He’s 55 and says really awkward, inappropriate things but thinks he’s being funny. His name is Jim. I’m sure our Jim loves that. Listen HERE.
Woody totally called me out on having grey hair. I will promptly schedule an all-over color TONIGHT! I’ve had grey hair since I was in high school. I remember finding one and freaking out! Since then, I color the crap out of my hair. I actually don’t know what my natural color is. Salon de Tawsha will be open and in bid’niss ASAP!
Oh wait! Update: Intern Savannah has corrected my thinking. Woody said “You have great hair.” Oh geez. I feel like an idiot. Insecure much?
Gotta go. I need to prep to do Riley’s show. I have many many hours to go to stress about it.
