On January 2nd I decided that I was going to actually try and keep the New Years Resolution that I make every year...LOSE WEIGHT! Yes, very cliche I know, but it's something that I NEED to do! Who is with me?? Make sure you check out how 107.5 The River is helping you be a New You in 2013!

To do this, of course, I'm staying away from Arby's (sad day) and befriending Kroger and teaching myself how to eat things that aren't already made for me and covered in cheese! (So Yummy!) I also want to reintroduce fruits and veggies into my everyday diet!

So today...I decided it was time to try grapefruit! I realized quickly that I had no idea how to eat it! Luckily my friend Catherine gave me a full lesson on how to eat this lucious fruit! It was delicious! But I did have to work for it! Takes effort to eat it! Kinda like crab legs!
