Possibly my favorite internet meme of all time, The Trololo guy, has died. A few years ago, video of his performance on some Russian singing/variety show became a worldwide sensation. Eduard Khil died in Russia Sunday.  He was beloved. His YouTube video of his 1976 tv appearance went viral 2 years ago.

I made him my ringtone for at least a year. I miss him already.  I wish I could dig him up and shake his hand. I want to appreciate the man. There will never be another Eduard Khil.  -Jim
