Carrie Underwood is selling the house she bought with her American Idol winning money in 2005.

She's sold the 2,956-square-foot home in Franklin, TN for $372,500. 

Carrie bought the 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath house for $384k.  Then she sold a gazillion albums, joined the Grand Ole Opry, and married Nashville Predators star Mike Fisher.

Nice house for the rest of us... hardwood floors, spacious kitchen, garage, fireplace, etc.

Carrie and Mike spent $3.2 million on 400 acres of land in nearby Nashville in 2011 to build their dream home.
