We're well into the Woody weight-loss challenge where he sheds the weight and stays competitive with Buddha the Cat who also is shedding weight. Last week was a little discouraging becuase Buddha prevailed.
This week could be a different story. We filmed Woody's weigh-in live as he supports Breast Cancer Awareness (lovin' himself the ta-tas). After his weigh-in, we did a quick interview with him to find out what he's doing to lose (or gain) the weight each week. Is he on a plan? Did he hire a trainer? Is he doing it by just working out and eating healthy? Did he scrap the whole thing?
So...how is he doing it? Let's get the secret.
Oh, okay, so it's what all people who have "tried everything" say works? That's the hard way, though. Sheesh. It also takes a lot of patience.
