Insiders are saying that Justin had been getting high earlier in the day and loaned is car to a friend, which is why it has been said that Justin wasn't even at the scene at the time of the accident. The photographer thought he was going to get the money shot of Justin smoking marijuana and ended up giving his life to get that piture. This is all seriously sad.
