That was my body as of last summer. Sigh, how I miss it. I must admit that I got to that 105 lb version of myself in a very unhealthy way. Don't worry I wasn't throwing up my dinner or anything crazy like that. Just pretty much not eating at all. I was restricting myself to a ridiculously low caloric intake and practically killing myself in the gym 6 days a week. Needless to say I was a very unhappy R!LEY. Won't be repeating that viscous cycle! I do want to get my body lean and muscular again, but the right way this time! One of my besties introduced me to a 24 Day Challenge that lets you cleanse and drop weight while still eating lots healthy goodies. So far in 10 days I have dropped about 6 lbs and I feel amazing! Mind you I am usually skeptical about testimonials like this but the proof is in the pudding! My goal is to comfortably fit into my uber tight LBS-TSD (Little Black Super Tight Sausage Dress)  that I rocked for my 30th birthday.
